When we bought the house, all of our key copies were "sticky". The hardware & box stores said I'd need to buy new locks because they "can't make a key to fit the lock, " but Atlasta said "of course, " so I took out the core, brought it in & 10 min later I had perfectly operable keys. We had a very positive experience with Alasta, because of what a good job their tech (named Don) did in fixing the problem we had -- which was to get back into action an old 2-way lock on a garage that wasn't working.
Along the way, Don was also very friendly and easy to work with -- and he charged a very reasonable amount for getting the job done.
