I bought my own keys two of them from Amazon to program both of them, $184.03 and then if you had Zelle hook me up 177 outstanding so a total of 218 for two keys compared to one key from the dealership for $250 just saying

I was very frustrated from loosing my car keys. I called the DWF area and they wanted to charge me anywhere from 255.00- 355.00. They also told me that it would take about an hour and a half. When I was about to pay the 255.00 I happened to see Not Your Basic Locksmith! The young lady that answered the phone was very professional! The technicians Jesus and Emilio came to my job and was in and out in about 25 minutes. I only payed 195.00. I am one satisfied customer, and will be a repeat customer if needed.

The service from Not Your Basic Locksmith was great! The technician called me when he was on his way which was really convenient and when he arrived he was very nice and professional. Plus the price I paid was better than all the other locksmiths I could find. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a key service.

In April 2023, after a house fire destroyed all of our car keys, I called this locksmith to help replace them for my truck and my wifes car. They were quick to respond, but unfortunately, the new keys only worked for a couple of days before they stopped. This happened multiple times I called 13 or 14 times, and while they always came out under warranty to fix the issue, the keys just didnt hold up. Eventually, I gave up and have been using a key that works in the ignition but not on the doors. Recently, after a break-in damaged my cars lock, I went to their office and met with the owner. He was kind enough to personally come out and fix the issue on the spot, which I appreciated.

They came by and helped me with copying my key. They were fast and friendly, and they have reasonable prices as well. Other places were trying to charge over $100 just to copy my key.

I used Not Your Basic Locksmith today they were quick to come out to my house and did not take long to make me another key. They were super friendly and courteous I will be use them again and will tell all my friends to use them as well great price as well
