Dylan from the tech team, swiftly took over my computer and re-installed the CCTV software and got them working again within minutes, he also showed us how to get them on our new phones too, I spent hours trying and once Dylan had explained it literally took seconds, its just knowing what buttons to select. We had the cameras fitted years ago but they still offer free tech advice which is a fantastic service as others would charge you after a certain period had passed, well done Prime Security for looking after you old customers and not just your new customers, very pleased with the service, thank you

Prime Security have been wonderful to me when I've had issues with my cameras, which I'm happy to say have been very few. Darragh dealt with me last time and he was very helpful and understanding given that I'll be 80 next year. He couldn't resolve the problem in one day due to lack of time, but phoned me the next day when he said he would. He was very patient with me and talked me through the whole process, sometimes having to repeat himself.
I couldn't have asked for better help than Darragh gave me, and he is a credit to the company, as are all the other staff and technicians that have helped me. Thank you again Darragh and thank you Prime Security Installations.

Recently used Prime Security for installation of a 3 way intercom for an apartment building. Very professional and friendly guys, pricing was better than expected. The video intercom itself is really modern, easy to use and instructions were clear from the team upon installation - Love the fact it can call our mobile phones so we can accept deliveries whilst out and about. All round great customer service, great product and would highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Promised called back day after logging issue which happened. Callum, the support staff guided me through each step. Being able to log remotely onto my device was amazing as this made the process much smoother. Callum was clear un instruction, paced the task according to me and resolved my issue within 2 to 3 minutes. Thank you Callum and prime security for a very good service.

I had a one camera system fitted at my flat. All the equipment is good quality and the remote playback is very clear. I have called for technical assistance twice and on both occasions have been contacted without delay and had my issues resolved in next to no time. The tech guys are so knowledgeable and patient! I'd recommend Prime in a heartbeat!

Really impressed by Prime Security. I asked several companies for quotes to install our home CCTV system, and they were very quick to come back by phone and email and set up a date for a reasonable cost. Their installer arrived promptly and worked flat out to complete the job in 5-6 hours. Very professional work - no trailing leads and very clean. Their after-sales follow-up was reassuring too. I have used Prime now for over a year to provide my security system and services. They have never let me down from installation to support. Most recently Paul P one of their technical guys spent a good hour getting my system reset up after changing internet providers. Competitive price, full detailed quote, no hidden extras. Installer John was really helpful with positioning cameras, his install was neat and showed us the full setup on laptop and installed apps. He also left work areas clean and tidy and was quick and efficient with the install. Would highly recommend.

Really professional service from start to finish. They even got the fitter Mitch out the same week as I needed cctv urgently. The instal was quick, the cameras are amazing quality and I couldn't recommend them more. I have made a few adjustments in my cameras settings and the technical team responded very quickly. I took my time in choosing a company but after reading the reviews for prime my choice was made. From start to finish this company is simply the best. Very courteous polite and so very helpful in helping me to make the right choice. I'm very happy with my system and John who came to fit just like everyone else was very polite and helpful and fitted our system with no mess left and everything cleaned up.
