We had our new home rekeyed with Jumpstarts and Lockouts. Availability was fast and flexible. The service itself only took about a half hour. William is friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke with William over the phone to schedule an appointment. He came out to help me with my late father's Ford Transit. It was a complex issue, so he only charged me for one hour of work, even though he spent three hours on the first day. He returned two days later and was able to fix the problem at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services.

This service not only helped to simply jump start my hybrid, but I also learned something new! I'm not sure what the guy's name was ( Sorry I forgot your name) I'm guessing it's William based on all the other reviews, but he did a great job in starting my car within a MINUTE! He also knew another way to charge my Camry hybrid that I didn't know about; there's another charging port in the hood that makes for a better charging access versus charging the battery in the trunk (12v). Thanks for having such great customer service and communication skills too, I felt more comfortable with your professionalism.

Freaking AMAZING service! I had a dead battery, middle of the very hot day, with 3 kids. They answered on the second ring and told me they had a couple people ahead of me but would be there ASAP. Less than 30 minutes later they were there to jump my battery. Totally nice guy, reasonably priced, and accepted card payment. Plus I didnt have to wait a million hours for a tow truck! HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this service.

Update: Had to call them a second time today, and they were at my door and I was back inside in less than half an hour! 100% recommended if you're in or near Thurston County. Original review: Highly recommended if you're looking for local locksmith service in Thurston County! I locked myself outside after hours today, and they were at my door in Lacey within a half an hour. A few minutes of quick work later, and I was warming up inside. I hope I don't need to call again soon, but I am definitely saving their card and number!

This man is a lifesaver! He drove out to the Tumwater Walmart parking lot from Lacey and I didnt have to wait long at all, he was very friendly and was able to unlock my car at a great price and he had such skill that he was able to unlock my car within a minute. I made the dumb mistake of locking my keys in the car. I went through calling other locksmith getting quoted over $100. I gave this one a call he came in a faster time he told me and he is great I would recommend him to anybody in Lacey hes awesome and cheaper then anybody locksmith service Ive had in my life! We recently moved to very rural Yelm, and while my mom was helping us move furniture she managed to lock her keys in her truck. Not just her keys, but purse, cellphone, basically her whole life. I called 2 locksmiths local to Yelm and neither answered their phone. This company answered on the 2nd ring, and while we were outside of his service area, he jumped to our rescue making it here in less than 90 minutes. I work in Olympia and will be keeping his card in my wallet because that type of customer service is greatly appreciated and will be the first company I call.

Locked the keys in my car at the pumpkin patch an hour away from home. Called 3 places that couldn't unlock a car. Jumpstarts and Lockouts got there fast and got us on the road. Way cheaper than calling a tow company for an unlock or a cab and waiting hours. Very carefully opened the door, too. No bent door/window frame like I've had on past cars.

Vehicle lockout. Called and asked for eta. Response was 30 mins or less. Arrived in 20. Price is steep but theyre upfront with that. With that kind of response time and it taking less than 2 mins for him to pop the lock, its a fair price. I dont intend to have this situation again as Ill be getting a duplicate key through them down the road, but if this ever happens again this is who Ill call first.
