Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable at getting a replacement for my lost Mazda fob! He suggested that I could save significant $$$ by purchasing a referbished fob! He then programmed the new fob in a few minutes. He also has a great sense of humor which made the entire process very enjoyable.

Patrick did an amazing job. He was the 2nd lock smith that I called. First one wasn't able to complete the job. I called advanced lock service and they connected me with pat. He was very quick to arrive, very professional. Even though I had my doubts on if anybody was able to do it. Pat came to my rescue. He worked very fast and got me into my drunk. Advanced lock service was incredible to work with. Patrick has exceptional customer service and did a great job. We had an older door with a funky handle, he was able to remove it and redrill the door so we could upgrade the lock. He made sure the job was done right for a fair price. They will be our go to for any lock needs from now on.

I can't say enough nice things about this company, I called talked to Patrick, told him my ignition needed to be replaced, he was out to my home within an hour, I was totally blown away by his efficiency. His prices are get and his customer service was top notch. I will refer anyone I know needing lockout service or ignition repair to him.

Advanced Lock Service communicated every step of the way. They let me know approximately how many days till key fob arrived. They let me know approximately when Barrett would arrive to do service. Barrett called to let me know he was on his way. He was quick and efficient. He let me know where to go to get a refund. I would recommend Advanced Lock Service to anyone needing any kind of key service.

Reasonable pricing, AAA approved locksmith, and very efficient. New set worked perfectly. Just brought in my registration and ID and Patrick matched my vin to get the correct key code for my vehicle.
