After a very stressful and hectic move, I lost all my keys. I had a really hard time finding someone who could replace my car keys in the Uptown area on the same day. Weeks of searching by numerous members of the staff, we finally found BEST Locksmith on Coit Road in Dallas. They live up to that name! We have a 2" thick front door, and could not find a deadbolt that would fit and match the existing hardware, without a special order, and a long wait.

Seli at BEST Locksmith was on it - found what we needed, and sent an amazing technician, Haim, to install it. Haim was tidy, efficient, did a pristine job of putting in the new deadbolt, and even tightened a loose door handle. This is a top-shelf operation. I give them 10 out of 10, and Five gold stars!

As soon as I filled out their online contact form, I got a call to schedule services--the next day! Very fast response time and excellent communication. We had our locks changed and an electronic keypad installed at our front door. Ron was very pleasant and professional. He explained each product offering he had available. Only took an hour or so, and we were up and running. Very happy with the install and customer service!

Ben gave me a quote over yelp messenger this morning. I got quotes from several local competitors and he had the best price BY FAR. I called them around 3:30 and got a voicemail. I left a message and a gentleman called me back within 2 minutes. He confirmed the estimate I had recieved earlier and said Ben was actually in my area if I was available. Of course I agreed.
Within a minute of hanging up with the first gentleman, I got a call from Ben saying he was only 5 min away. Wow! So fast! I have to admit I was not prepared for how quick they were. I had to go buy a replacement lock and Ben did not mind waiting patiently for me. Such nice people, such amazing quality service. 5 stars is not enough for them. Truly wonderful!

Ben from best locksmith is awesome! He kept me updated on a special ordered key from dealership, and the service quote was way cheaper than the dealership and other local locksmiths. I would recommend this place to anybody. Fantastic service.
