The best locksmith in Columbus, he was very professional, it was easy to schedule an appointment, we talked about the cost so I knew ahead of time what I had to pay, he came early, he knew exactly what I needed, he took his time and did it right. Very kind and courteous! They answered quickly and while we ultimately didn't end up needing their services, they walked me through every step of the process. They waited patiently while I coordinated our plan. Michael was even understanding when we had to cancel. If their work is as good as their customer service, then I am happy to recommend them and use them in the future!
