I called them out to rekey my house when my wife lost her keys. They told me what time they'd be out and kept me informed while on their way. The driver called me to let me know when he was 15 minutes away.
I didn't expect that and it was nice that he did so. Once at the house, while keying one of the doors, he found that it wasn't latching properly. That was a problem we'd been having for years now.
If i could give ten stars I would they are friendly and super helpful the dealer wanted to charge me $300 dollars to program a new key for my durango, the Lady that works there sorry I dint get her name, shetold me to buy key online and get code for free from dealer I did both and brought them to her she had my new key program within 30 minutes for 40 dollars!
