I had to get all of the locks on my house changed due to a divorce. I had no idea where to start. I considered buying the locks and doing it myself, but that was going to be a big expensive undertaking. I sent a request into another locksmith who never got back to me. Then, I looked on locksmith.com and saw they had great recommendations.
Mike called me back within the hour and was able to schedule a call to come out to my house the next day. He used all quality parts with beautiful attention to detail. Before he even started the work, he broke down all of the expenses for me and made sure I understood what would be involved. He was trustworthy, friendly, and professional. He even insisted I try all of the keys in all of the locks before I paid and he left.
My locks are guaranteed for the life of the business and I feel secure! He left me all of his info and said his clients are like his own children - he cares that much!

I'm so incredibly glad I found these guys. They were so kind, generous, and personal with the way they helped me out. If anyone in the Boston area EVER needs a locksmith, go to them. They are seriously out of this world amazing.
Long story short, my car key was stuck in the ignition and a different locksmith company botched the job and left me hanging for 5 days with a disassembled steering wheel panel and no key.
I called Finest Locksmith and they coached me over the phone and told me they could help me out within one hour. I brought my car to Gennadiy at Finest Locksmith and he reassembled my steering wheel panel, cut me a new key AND a spare key, and charged me $300 LESS than the other locksmith quoted for JUST the key alone. And he did it all within 25 minutes. All in all, I saved $300 and walked away with 2 sets of working car keys.
