I had a suitcase that needed a key made and Derek (I believe was his name(yes the guy in the picture)) really went out of his way to find me a solution.
He could not find the exact key because it was a suitcase key and didn't have much info but he definitely made me a key that worked for the most part and because I wasn't completely satisfied he didn't charge me!
If I had cash with me I would have given it to him.
I am from out of town but If I lived locally he would be my go to guy.
I really recommend him for your locksmith needs or if you feel like having a friendly conversation, I'm sure he would be more than happy to help out.
