Debbie responded quickly to fix a DIY change the lock that was done all wrong by a tenant and now the key works and the door latch closes. Debbie is a courteous professional, home entry a success, thank you! Debbie came out to rekey our locks at our new home on the same day that I called her to schedule an appointment. She was super fast and even fixed a lock that was installed incorrectly.
We had a tenant leave earlier than expected and needed a bunch of locks changed at 4:00 pm on a Friday. Debbie with Amethyst made it so convenient for us knowing it would take her hours to complete the job. But, she was prepared and even had lights to work in the dark! Seriously, she wore a headlamp and had her vehicle set up to fix and rekey locks at night.
She also took the time to educate us on some lock and door safety. It's nice to find a tradeswomen who you can trust. Plus, in addition to a reasonable service call fee her price per lock was ridiculously reasonable. Amethyst locksmith is a great company to work with I would defiantly work with them again.
