Not only are they very professional and efficient in what they do, they are also very kind and willing to work around your schedule. Great company. Respected COVID safety protocols by generously agreeing to wear a mask. Super patient with us, listened and complied to what specific type of doorknob products we wanted. Pricing was also very reasonable. They really do deserve 5+ stars.

I locked myself out of my home recently and had a busy day planned ahead. I was panicking and and thought the day had been ruined as I'd have to wait for the locksmith for few hours. I looked up on Yelp for the best reviewed and closest locksmith in my area and Access 24 Locksmith came up. I called and my called was picked up right away. The gentlemen told me he could be here within 30 minutes.
It was only about 15 minutes and he already arrived. He was very professional and the job was quick with reasonable pricing for such an emergency. I appreciated his quick response and it definitely helped ease my stress for that day. I'd recommend Access 24 Locksmith most definitely!!

Rodney and his wife did a fantastic job.
Very professional, nice, and helpful. I've worked with him twice already
I wanted the ultraloq smart lock which has fingerprint recognition as well as passcode and he installed it without any questions, he knew immediately what to do.
They also put down a mat to help avoid any dirt or residue from drilling and also cleaned up remaining dirt.
Rodney also was really open to helping me with any questions I had about programming the lock. Best lock smiths by far!!

Rodney was fantastic! He responded within half a day, was able to fit me into his schedule the day I needed help, was reasonably priced, and best of all, was super courteous, kind and professional. He worked efficiently and was great at explaining his process.
Because of covid, he wore a mask the entire time and even took off his shoes before entering my house. He was very safe and clean.
He went above and beyond too! I had issues with something else, and he offered to help me even though it was unrelated to why I hired him. He didn't even charge me for that. His kindness was so appreciated!
Because of Rodney, I feel more secure and safer. I plan to only use Rodney in the future and would recommend him to all my friends!
